Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 ounces cherry tomatoes
4 leaves fresh basil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 lb sausage, squeezed out of the casings
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup shredded Gouda or mozzarella cheese
1 dozen eggs, hard boiled and peeled

Take tomatoes, basil and soy sauce; blend in food chopper. Toss in with all other ingredients except eggs.

On a baking dish, oiled and lined with parchment paper, take hard boiled eggs and lay down. Separate sausage mixture into 12 even parts, and wrap around each egg.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until browned.
