1 breast of chicken
2 cups water
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon Morton's Nature's Seasoning
1 onion, cut into eights
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup ground pistachios
5 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1/4 cup Kraft Miracle Whip

Boil chicken, water, honey, pepper, Nature's Seasoning, onion and garlic on medium low for 30 minutes, or until breast is completely done through. Strain onions, garlic and chicken out, setting broth aside.

Toss chicken, onions, garlic, pistachios, eggs and Miracle Whip into food processor. Blend until smooth.

Serve on bread, tortillas, or pitas.
