1 or 2 apple(s)
1-2 cups pineapple
(or any fruit combination you prefer)
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1 single serving pkt. Crystal Light
Mint leaves and/or reserved fruit pieces for garnish (optional)

Chop all fruit into small to medium bite sizes and place in bowl.

Mix yogurt and Crystal Light until powder is completely dissolved.

Pour mixture over fruit; toss till all pieces are coated. Garnish as desired. Cover tightly and refrigerate one hour. Serve in pretty bowl for buffet or make it fancy with individual cups or bowls with a little garnish on each.
