Preheat oven to 400°F. Follow cooking instructions on back of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese boxes. Once you are done adding the milk, butter and cheese to the noodles and stirring you’re ready to add remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the bar of Colby cheese in half. Cut one half of cheese into cubes. Add half of the cubes to macaroni and stir.
Now you need at least a 2 quart casserole dish. Coat dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour half of the macaroni in dish and spread. Layer mild cheddar cheese over macaroni. Add the remainder of macaroni and spread. Put remainder of cubed cheese over top in push down in macaroni. Layer mild cheddar and mozzarella shredded cheeses over top. Cover dish with foil.
Bake for 10 min then remove foil. Place back in oven and turn oven up to broil. Broil for 5 min or until top of macaroni in cheese is golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
