Grilled Sirloin with Basil Cooking Cream

1 1/2 Tbsp good olive oil
Crack fresh peppercorn to cover
1 tsp garlic powder
4 (6 oz.) sirloin steaks
12 fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup Kraft Philadelphia Cooking Cream Italian

Heat oil in fry pan. Mix pepper and garlic and place on flat plate. Dredge steaks in mixture on both sides to cover well.

Place steaks in hot pan and sear on both sides about a minute each side. Lower heat and finish cooking till done to your liking.

Remove steaks from pan and add the sliced basil to pan and stir till wilted. Then add Cooking Cream and stir till hot. Pour about a tablespoon over each steak.
