Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 (2 lb.) rump roast
1 tsp finely ground cumin
1 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/2 packet Sazon Goya
1 tsp Adobo Goya
1 Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cube, chopped
3 small garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 medium Vidalia onion, roughly chopped
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
3 cups water (*see notes)

Season the rump roast with the dry spices.

Add all of the ingredients to a large pot. ** Bring water to a boil, cover and reduce heat to a little less than Medium-Low heat. Let simmer on low for approx. 4 1/2 hours or until tender enough to pull apart with fork.

Shred beef with a fork. Let simmer in stock for about 10 more minutes.
