1 cup raw leafy spinach: packed slightly
slices 1 to 2 raw red onion, cut in half

Let's Make It
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add olive oil and salt, and stir in pasta. Let boil for 3 minutes.
Add cup of spinach to mixture and boil 4 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Add halved onion slices and boil for 1 more minute.
Remove from heat and strain. Stir in Velveeta cheese from the box and serve as a tasty side dish to any meal.
