2 tomatoes (ripe and red) cut according to picture
2 cucumbers, cut according to picture
1 red/white onion, cut in circles
1 red and green bell pepper, cut
Crushed black pepper
Green and black Kalamata olives (I used only black but it's nice to use both as it makes the salad more colorful)
1/2 block Athenos Feta Cheese, cut into small cubes

Let's Make It
Put all salad fixings in a nice bowl and toss so colors are well mixed. Refrigerate to cool well.
Now...just before serving, shake dressing well and pour over salad and toss well... Serve others or yourself!
