Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 sticks oleo
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 loaf French bread, cut diagonally
8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
2 cans mushrooms, drained well, pat dry with paper towels

Melt oleo and add poppy seeds, seasoned salt, dry mustard, and lemon juice.

Stuff cheese and mushrooms in cuts. Pour melted mixture in between slices and over top. Wrap in double foil.

Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes.
