Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 boxes Jell-O Gelatin - any flavor according to your event
3 cups sugar
4 cans (12 oz. each) frozen lemonade
2 cans (46 oz. each) pineapple juice
1 bottle (2 lt.) ginger ale or lemon-lime soda

In a very large container dissolve 3 boxes of Jell-O in 3 cups boiling water then add 6 cups cold water.

In a separate bowl dissolve sugar, 1 cup at a time, in boiling water. Then add frozen lemonade and pineapple juice. Mix the two bowls together well and divide into 3 one-gallon ice cream pails to freeze.

Freeze overnight or at least two days to ensure completely frozen.

When ready to serve, bring out of freezer an hour before your event so it can thaw a bit. Chop up before putting in a punch bowl. Then add 1 2lt. of ginger ale or lemon-lime soda and serve.
