1 cup chopped onion
1 med plum tomato--discard seeds & chopped
1 1/2 cup uncooked rice
4-6 slices Kraft Cheese Slices

Range top: bring liquids, margarine, seasonings, & veggies to boil.
Stir in rice and return to boil, reduce heat and simmer for allotted time on rice directions.
Add cheese to rice and fluff with fork till melted. Cover again and let sit 30+ minutes before serving!
