2 baking potatoes
Canola oil
2 Tbsp salted butter
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus more for topping
1/4 cup milk
1/3 tsp seasoned salt
1 green onion

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Rub potatoes with canola oil and bake one hour.

Slice butter, and put butter, bacon, and sour cream in mixing bowl.

Remove potatoes from oven and scrape out insides into the mixing bowl. Put shells on cookies sheet.

Mash potatoes into butter, bacon and sour cream. Add milk, seasoned salt, onions, and pepper.

Fill shells with mixture and top with cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes.
