Cook broccoli according to package directions. When done, mix with all ingredients except crackers and butter.
Spread in 13x9 glass baking dish. Spread crushed crackers evenly on top of mixture. Drizzle melted butter over the top of crackers.
Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
