Pound out all chicken cutlets to thickness of your choice. Then pound out saltines in a large bowl until all pieces are dime to quarter size. Then

Roll all chicken cutlets in cooking oil. Cover chicken cutlets in all purpose flour. Roll all chicken cutlets in bread crumbs. Then roll the chicken cutlets in the Italian bread crumbs.

Then cook on the stove on high until golden brown on both sides and cooked through!
