In a medium sauce pan brown sausage, drain, and return to pan. Add cream cheese and mix until well combined.
Unroll a can of crescents onto a piece of foil sprayed with nonstick spray. Press seams together. Spread sausage mixture over the crescent layer. Place the second can of crescents over the top of the sausage, press seams together, cover with sprayed foil.
Freeze one hour or overnight.
Cut into small squares, place on sprayed baking sheet, bake at 350°F until golden brown.
