Hawaiian Banana Bread

2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup walnuts (optional)
3 eggs
1 cup oil
3 mashed bananas
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until blended.

Pour into a well-greased and floured Bundt pan.

Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
