Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 pkg dry taco seasoning
1 pkg dry ranch seasoning
1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes
1 can whole corn
1 can creamed corn
2 cans beans, (pinto, black or 1 of each)
1 can white hominy
8 oz cream cheese
1 can chicken broth
1 1/2 cups salsa
Garnish with
Tortilla strips, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream

Brown beef and drain. Add both dry seasoning mixes to meat and stir. Drain 1/2 liquid from all vegetables.

Place tomatoes, corn, creamed corn, beans, and hominy in large kettle and heat. Add cream cheese and heat til melted. Add broth and salsa. Add ground beef and heat thoughly.

Place in soup bowls and top with tortilla strips, cheddar cheese and sour cream.
