Brown beef in a skillet with the oil. (I prefer cooking the meat in a crock-pot for tenderness.) Stir in dressing and teriyaki sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
As beef is browning, cook the pasta according to package directions and steam the vegetables until tender.
Drain the pasta and add the vegetables and beef in a large bowl. Toss to coat and serve with a crusty French bread.
