Brown sausage & hamburger. Cut up the Velveeta into cubes (I find it melts easier if cubed).
Put sausage, hamburger and Velveeta into the crock-pot and set on high. The hot burger and the sausage will help to melt the cheese. Add the soup and the salsa. Stir until fairly blended and stir occasionally until the cheese is completely melted and all ingredients are blended.
Lower the crock-pot heat to the low setting.
