Cook bacon till crispy then crumble. In a large mixing bowl combine the first four ingredients and mix well.
Melt butter and place in a shallow dish. Trim the crusts of the bread and dip each slice of bread in the butter coating the bottom side well. Add approximately 1/8 cup of the chicken mixture to the unbuttered side and form into a cup. Place buttered side down into a baking dish. Continue forming bread cups filled with chicken mixture until all chicken is used. The bread will hold its cup shape if it is packed tightly in the baking dish.
Bake at 375°F for 15-20 min or until the bread is toasted lightly brown. These are best served hot.
