3 Tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, diced
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
Pepper and spices to taste
1 pkg Kraft Fresh Take Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix
8 oz sour cream
6 cups plain mashed potatoes
16 oz chicken broth
1 cup milk

Sauté onion in butter. Once onion is soft, add garlic and spices.

Carefully open the Kraft Fresh Take and add most of the bacon bread crumb mixture to the onions, garlic and spices. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the cheese) and cook until warmed through. If you prefer a smoother potato soup, you can blend with an emulsion blender.

Mix the leftover bread crumbs and cheese from the Kraft Fresh Take and allow everyone to add to their individual bowl.
