Microwave clean sweet potatoes for about 12 minutes, 6 minutes on each side or until soft.
Cut small boat shaped slit on top of each and scoop out pulp leaving a shell. Soften cream cheese, and margarine. Mix in other ingredients and mash with potatoes until creamy.
Restuff shells and pat with brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Cut in half to serve. May be reheated in microwave.
