Spray egg mold on both sides, close and snap mold together. Place open hole up for filling.
Add boiling water to Jell-O, stir 2 min. until dissolved. Pour Jell-O into molds just to the top of egg shape.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
Open mold and gently shake out eggs. Cut eggs in half, turn flat side up on a deviled egg platter, Spray small amount of whipped cream onto each half (egg mixture). Sprinkle each whip cream topping with cinnamon (paprika). Serve and enjoy.
