Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to directions.
Med high heat, heat oil and add onion and celery. Cook for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, stir. Add seasonings, more to taste. Stir in broth, slowly, heating through. Add cream cheese in quarters, stirring to melt. Add tuna, heat through.
Casserole: Drain pasta. Add pasta to sauce. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish, and top with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes to crisp up parmesan.
