In a glass bowl mix the Jell-O Gelatin with 2 cups of hot water followed by 2 cups cold water. Rough chop a half Honey Crisp Apple and place in Jell-O Gelatin, cover and place in refrigerator till firm about 3hrs.
Take the bowl of Sugar Free Cool Whip out of the refrigerator and with the contents thawed mix until smooth then add the entire package of Jell-O Sugar Free Pistachio Instant Pudding and stir until mixed. Replace lid and place back in refrigerator.
Rough chop 1 cup of either pecans or walnuts and set aside. When the Jell-O Gelatin mixed with apple pieces has become firm remove from the refrigerator and empty the contents of the mixed Pistachio Pudding mix in the Sugar Free Cool Whip on top of the Jell-O - spread evenly as a layer. Then garnish with the cup of either pecans or walnuts. The total time to prepare this dish is only about 10 minutes without the time the Jell-O need to become firm in the refrigerator.
