Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 Tbsp olive oil
1-2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
14 Jumbo shrimp
Salt & pepper
1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 cups chicken broth
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup Kraft Teriyaki Ginger sauce for chicken
1-2 bag s desired veggies or any type of stir fry veggies
2 cups Minute serve brown rice (microwaveable)

Cook Shrimp - coat frying pan with olive oil & soy sauce add shrimp (add hint of salt/pepper) to each side of shrimp. Allow shrimp to brown on each side. Add cayenne pepper when done.

Gravy - In med sauce pan add seasonings, chicken broth, cornstarch, and Kraft Teriyaki Ginger sauce. Allow to simmer 20 minutes.

Veggies - steam veggies on stove top or microwave.

Rice - heat in microwave (follow instructions on package).
