Throw a tablespoon of butter into a large skillet and melt on medium heat. Chop onion and sauté in butter for about 5 minutes.
Slice 5 large yellow squash into about 1/2 inch thick and immediately throw into skillet.
Cut bacon and chop up into small pieces and throw into skillet with squash and onion. Add a little salt and pepper!
Cover and keep on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Enjoy!
