Mom's Recipe Stuffed Shells

Original recipe yields 1 serving
3/4 box large shells
1/2 small white onion, minced
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 oz cream cheese
1 jar (24 oz.) Ragu pasta sauce
3 cups Kraft Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Boil pasta shells until directed on box

Add onion, ground beef, garlic to pan. Cook until beef is browned.

Add cream cheese. Stir until melted and mixed thoroughly

Drain pasta.

In a 9x13 casserole dish add a thin layer of sauce. Stuff cooked shells with ground beef mixture. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Cook for approx. 20 min or until cheese is melted.
