Let's Make It
In a skillet, on medium heat, melt 3 Tbsp. butter. Add in thinly sliced onions. Allow to cook for 7-10 minutes or until the onions are tender and almost caramelized.
While the onions are cooking, sprinkle seasoned salt or seasoned meat tenderizer over meat and allow to sit. Once onions are cooked, remove from heat and pour into a bowl and set aside.
Using the same skillet, now on high heat, melt 3 Tbsp. butter until slightly browned. Add meat in a single layer (DO NOT STIR). Allow meat to cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Flip meat over and allow to cook the other side (about 3-5 minutes). Pour in Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, and 3 Tbsp. butter. This should make a sauce. Add in onions and stir.
Remove from heat and spoon onto the toasted (with about 2 Tbsp. butter) hoagie rolls then top with cheese.
