15 fresh, raw Brussels sprouts
3 metal skewers
Olive oil
Seasoned salt
1 Tbsp butter

Trim sprouts. Put 5 on each skewer. Drizzle with oil, use your hands to coat. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.

Put over hot grill for 15 minutes, turning once or more (not to burn.)

Take off grill, and let rest for a few minutes, then pull them off and top with butter. Don't stir, just let it melt!
