3 lb "B" size red potatoes, washed and halved
3 lb green cabbage, cored and chopped
2 cans (14 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 pkg (16 oz. each) Polish Kielbasa sausage
Salt and pepper to taste

Let's Make It

Place potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, and garlic in crock pot on Low heat. Cover and cook for 3 to 3.5 hours or until tender.

Cut Polish Sausage into 2 inch pieces and place in crock pot, cover, and continue to cook for another hour or so until cooked to desired texture.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
