Put pilled mango, purple onion, and cilantro into blender (Don't completely blend). Then dice the avocado and stir into the Mango Verde. Zest the lime and squeeze into verde. Add spices if desired.
Cut the bells peppers and yellow onion into strips. Throw the shrimp, bell pepper and onion into saute pan with the butter. Simmer on medium for about 15 minutes.
Serve on a tortilla soft shell topped with Kraft Cheese on top.
