Warm the pulled pork in double boiler. Melt the Velveeta slowly in the microwave.
Spread chips over a large serving platter. Drizzle melted cheese over each chip. Add a bit of pulled pork to each chip. Add a dab of sour cream to each chip. Add a jalapeno to each chip.
Serve with additional BBQ sauce on side.
