Prepare stuffing as directed on package, but add the 1/2 cup of diced celery to boiling water & butter mixture.
In a large pot mix in gravy, cream of mushroom & 1/2 cup of water. Stir together until mixture is blended good warming over medium heat. Then add green beans, diced ham and blend together until mixture is hot & remove from stove.
In a casserole pan or (foil oven pan) layer the stuffing & gravy mixtures & place in oven at 350°F for 1/2 hour or until stuffing is crispy. Turn oven off & spread French onions evenly over the entire top of casserole and place back in oven for 15 min then remove.
