Let's Make It
Peel and cube potatoes, place in large pot and cover with cold water. Add 3 to 4 "3 finger pinch" dashes of kosher salt and rosemary sprig to water. Bring potatoes to a boil over high heat, boil until tender.
Drain water and put boiled potatoes in a deep, large mixing bowl. Add cooking creme and butter to potatoes. Using a hand held mixer blend potatoes until smooth. Add a dash of milk at a time until desired consistency is reached. Season with extra salt and pepper to taste.
Top mashed potatoes with freshly cut chives, using kitchen scissors.
