Seasoning to taste: season salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning
1/4 cup flour
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 can (14 oz.) beef bouillon
1/2 cup milk (I use skim)
1 cube beef bouillon
2 Tbsp dehydrated onions
4 oz Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
3 cups No Yolk Dumpling Noodles

Let's Make It
Put beef cubes in a bowl, drizzle oil, and seasonings and stir. Sprinkle with flour (and use more if needed) to coat.
Add oil to your pot. Add beef to brown. Gradually, pour in beef bouillon, stirring to help sticking, and turn down to Med-Low. Gradually add milk, stirring. Add bouillon cube and onions, and when dissolved, stir in sour cream. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring so not to stick.
Cook noodles according to directions. Top noodles with beef mixture.
