1 pack saltine crackers
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs

Pound out steaks on each side until flattened. Crush crackers into a bowl and mix in flour. In separate bowl add eggs and mix.

Heat a skillet on medium/medium high with oil. Dip steaks in egg them into cracker and flour.

Place steaks in skillet browning on each side. Salt and pepper to taste.
