Crush or chop banana to desired size using a blender or food processor
Put yogurt in a bowl. Add milk and mix. Add chocolate pudding mix and whisk until creamy (about a minute). Add banana and Cool Whip and whisk until mixed.
Fill three ounce cups with mixture and add a craft stick for handles and freeze. Take out of the freezer about 10 to 15 minutes before eating.
