2 pita breads or tortillas
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 large carrot, grated
1 cup shredded lettuce

Mix chicken, mayo and sweet chili sauce in a bowl.

Lay out the flat bread. Divide the chicken mixture, cucumber, tomato, carrot, and lettuce evenly among the flat breads. Season with salt and pepper.
