In a large skillet add ground beef and onions. Cook over medium heat until beef is thoroughly cooked and onions are tender. Drain off grease.
Add cheese sauce packet, tomato soup and the diced tomatoes (do not drain). Stir and cook until bubbly. Then add 1 cup shredded Kraft Cheddar Cheese and salt and pepper taste. Cook through and stir until cheese is melted in.
In a separate 1 1/2 quart saucepan boil the Kraft macaroni noodles until they are done. Drain off excess water and add cooked noodles to the meat mixture.
