Add chicken to 4 quart pot filled 1/2 with water and bring to a boil for 10 minutes then medium for 10 minutes. Remove chicken bone from each piece and return to pot. Add onion, Mrs. Dash, tri-color noodles and cayenne pepper, mushrooms (optional), and cook on medium 10 more minutes. When water is almost cooked out (a little in bottom of pot) and noodles are done, add 2 soups and spaghetti sauce and mix till well blended.
Pour into greased 9" x 13" baking dish (sprayed with oil) and generously sprinkle grated cheese over top.
Bake for 30 minute or until top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes to cool and makes it easier to slice into 8 servings and scoop out with a spatula.
