Slice cucumbers and onions, put in pan with salted water (it should taste a little salty) for about 3 hrs.
Get a hot water bath ready. In a large pan boil the jars and the lids until ready to fill.
Drain cucumbers and onions and put in a large pan. Add all ingredients to the pan and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
Pack in in Hot Jars, put hot lids on and put back into the hot water bath for 10 min. They will seal as they cool.
