In a pot of boiling water, put the tomatoes in long enough to see the skin come off. Transfer peeled tomatoes to another large pan.
Peel and chop the onions, red and green peppers and add to the pot with the tomatoes. Add all other ingredients to the large pot with the tomatoes, onions and peppers. Mix well. Simmer 1 hour - stir occasionally.
Place in prepared hot canning jars. Put in a water bath for 10 minutes. They will seal as they cool.
