Let's Make It
Punch many holes in spaghetti squash and bake at 450 degrees F for 1 hour.
Let cool enough to handle, then cut in half longways. Scoop out and discard seeds and pulp from the center. Use a fork to shred the rest of the spaghetti squash into "noodles" and set aside.
In a large skillet, add Cooking Cream, spinach, milk, and tomatoes. Cook until spinach and tomatoes are soft, and then pour over squash.
