Cut sausage into 1/2 inch (or less) circles, and then halve those. Cut the potatoes into 1 in. pieces by halving/then quartering them.
Pour the can of green beans including liquid over the sausage & potatoes.
Cook approx. on low/med. heat for 35 - 45 minutes covered, or until potatoes are soft. Remember to adjust cooking time if recipe if doubled/tripled. Serve with crusty bread.
