2 ounces Kraft Colby Jack Cheese, grated, or just cut up in small pieces
2 ounces Kraft White Cheddar Cheese, grated, or just cut up in small pieces
Your choice of Louisiana Hot Sauce &/or hot pepper flakes

Prepare Kraft Mac & Cheese to box directions, using margarine & 2% milk. Cook, drain, rinse.
In separate pot, melt butter & milk, salt and pepper (to taste) on very low heat. Whisk constantly. When warm, add flour, and continue to whisk. Add Kraft Colby Jack and White Cheddar Cheeses, scraping the sides.
When combined, stir in prepared Kraft Mac & Cheese. Let rest (on low heat) for a few minutes. Stir again. Continue for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve with a few splashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce & Hot Pepper Flakes. Yum!
