Original recipe yields 1 serving
1.5 # Ground Beef
1 Med Onion Chopped
½ Large Green pepper chopped
½ tsp. ground chipotle chili
1 tsp ancho chili
1 tbs p. (heaping) chili powder
2 tbs p. Taco Bell Fajita seasoning
1 cup Kraft Mexican Cheese Shreds
1 14 oz can kidney beans (drained)
1 small can tomato paste
4 Tbsp s. Breakstone Sour Cream
1 28 oz can tomato sauce
14 oz can dice tomatoes
3-4 oz Smokey Chipotle sauce

Brown 1.5# ground beef, 1 med onion chopped, and 1/2 green pepper chopped.

Drain fat.

Add 1/2 tsp. ground chipotle chili, 1 tsp. ground ancho chili and 1 heaping tablespoon chili powder with 1 14 oz. can kidney beans drained and 2 tbsp. Taco Bell Fajita seasoning

Stir until well mixed.

Add 1 small can tomato paste, 1 28 oz. can tomato sauce and a 14 oz. can dice tomatoes.

Cook over low heat stirring occasionally for 45 mins.

Add in 3-4 oz. Smokey Chipotle sauce

Stir until well mixed.

Refrigerate overnight (for best taste). Re-Heat and Serve with Kraft Mexican Cheese and Breakstone Sour Cream to taste.
