Shake chicken pieces with coating mixture; discard any remaining mixture.
Bake at 400°F for 10 to15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with barbecue sauce.
Tips: Recipe can be doubled. Bake and cool 1/2 of the nuggets. Place in airtight container or freezer bag; seal tightly. Freeze and use for another quick and convenient dinner. Bake frozen nuggets on cookie sheet at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
