4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into strips
1 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
1 cup each cherry tomatoes and seasoned croutons
1 red, yellow or green pepper, cut into strips

Toss chicken with 1/4 cup of the dressing; coat with parmesan cheese.

Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook on medium heat 8 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
