2 cups each water and MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Bring chicken, salsa, taco seasoning mix and water to boil in large skillet; cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Return to boil.
Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
Variation: Prepare as directed, adding 1 cup canned black beans, drained, with rice.
